  • Cancellation and Amendments: Orders may be cancelled or amended anytime before the order goes into production for a full refund. For engraving amendments, please contact us directly at 01323 401474.

  • Engraving Corrections: We reserve the right to make textual adjustments for clarity or to correct errors, unless specifically requested to 'engrave as given'.

  • Customer Errors: In case of an engraving error made by the customer, we offer to redo the item at just the price of the glassware. Replacements are prioritised for swift delivery.

  • Faulty Items: To claim a faulty item, please return it for inspection. If you need a priority replacement, you can repurchase with a 35% discount request by providing the original order number. Once the inspection confirms the fault, you will receive a full refund.

  • Inspection Process: Our thorough inspection process is conducted within a specified timeframe of 5 days upon receipt. We ensure consistent communication throughout. If no fault is found, the item can be returned to the customer, subject to carriage costs.
